    Data Conversion (if applicable): Converting data from our clients’ existing systems in a reliable, clean, and “live” fashion is our expertise. We can transfer from almost any database, and the charge for doing so comes at a very reasonable one-time fee. The quantity and quality of the data conversion is what sets us apart from the service provided by competing solutions.
  2. New Customer Onboarding:
    Each new client will benefit from a complimentary and comprehensive training plan upon signing up for service. This plan will be tailored to each customer but in most cases will comprise of at least the following live webinar sessions: “Implementation Call”, “Day-to-Day System Usage”, “Go-Live Training”, and “Management & Administrative Reporting”. Customers will not transition out of on-boarding until their new-user training needs are satisfied. The on-boarding period lasts approximately 4-8 Weeks from the date you sign up for the HearingFUSION OMS.
  3.  Ongoing Customer Support – All Mediums, All the Time:
    • Normal Customer Phone/Email Support Hours: 6AM PST – 5PM PST.
    • Emergency Phone/Email Support: 24/7.
    • Ongoing Training Sessions by request.
    • User Manuals and Training Videos are available for reference at any time.
