Our HearingFUSION Team
A veteran of the Hearing Healthcare world, Mr. Piccolo has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. In 1987 Mr. Piccolo developed an office management program (Prohear) that is still being used today by Hearing Professionals in the US and Europe. His software company was acquired by a Hearing Aid Manufacturer where he continued to oversee enhancement of the product. After selling his software package, Mr. Piccolo opened hearing centers throughout the Northwest and eventually had a practice exceeding 60 locations. After identifying a need to improve the insurance billing process, James developed ARM. With a desire to build the most Innovative, Cloud-based Office Management System in the Hearing Industry, Mr. Piccolo began the development of HearingFUSION in 2010.
